Pain (w/ Luke Aymon)

Luke and I went beyond pointing out the obvious, hopefully, regarding this ancient teacher designed to keep us alive. What happens when pain becomes chronic, and what are some reasons that cause it to be? What can we do to alleviate our pain and make sure we don't pass it down to our children?
